~ INSPIRATION ~

Let go into your heart. You are the one you have been waiting for.
You're life is a tapestry of beauty, love and self expression... so get out on the floor and dance!

Be filled deep inside your soul. Touch the center of your pain and darkness and now be guided into the light. Follow it's unwavering eternal flame that shines for you and shines for all.

Look deep inside and see the fire that burns white hot for your dreams, your aches, your longings, and the call of your beating heart.

Let yourself be filled from head to toe with unreasonable love... from within and without, releasing all caution and fear.

Touch the world and the hearts of our brothers and sisters here on Mother Earth.

Walk with God inside you... and let Him hold your hand when you stumble or lose your way.

See the beauty of life and aliveness. Stop to see all the colors of yourself and the colors of the earth. Stop to smell, touch, taste, feel, embrace and embody the experience of being.

Always remember that we are all children of God... children of the Earth... children of Life.

So live your dreams... dance your dance... and sing your beautiful songs for all to see and hear.

I wish you the strength, courage and love to chase what you ache for and dream of!

Love,
Brian

Here you will find some of my favorite quotes, songs, poems and pictures to nourish your Heart & Soul, uplift and inspire you.

Right now, even as you read this page, you may be feeling something,
hearing something, a call to action, a still small voice whispering,
"YOU CAN DO IT."

You have everything you need already inside you. You have spirit that has never been tested, muscles you have never used. It's all there waiting...
"MAY YOU LIVE LIKE YOU WERE DYING."

~ Tim Nichols and Craig Wiseman

"I've never stayed awake at night over a chance I took that failed, but I've stayed awake over chances I didn't take."
~ Garth Brooks

"This ain't comin' from no prophet, just an ordinary man. When I close my eyes I see the way this world shall be...when we all walk hand in hand.

When the last child cries for a crust of bread, when the last man dies for just words that he said, when there's shelter over the poorest head...we shall be free.

When the last thing we notice is the color of skin and the first thing we look for is the beauty within. When the skies and the oceans are clean again...then we shall be free.

Stand straight, walk proud... 'Cause we shall be free

When we're free to love anyone we choose, when this world's big enough for all different views. When we all can worship from our own kind of pew...then we shall be free.

Have a little faith and hold out... 'Cause we shall be free

And when money talks for the very last time and nobody walks a step behind, when there's only one race and that's mankind...then we shall be free.

~ From the song We Shall Be Free... off the Garth Brooks album The Chase...
written by Stephanie Davis and Garth Brooks

"We Shall Be Free ... Is for me and it's for anybody out there that feels that a better day is still yet to come!"
~ Garth Brooks

"BE the change you wish to see in the world."
~ Gandhi

"There is no glimpse of the Light without walking the path. Just take whatever steps seem easiest for you, and as you take a few steps it will be easier to take a few more."
~ Peace Pilgrim

A question to ask yourself:
"Here is a choice that is the same for us all: Do I want to live while I'm alive and embrace what sustains me, or do I want to die while I'm alive and embrace what destroys me?"

~ Geneen Roth, When Food Is Love

"At the moment we are born unto this world, we are each given a light, which radiates deeply inside of our soul. This light is a piece of the great and mysterious tapestry from which we are all woven. It is as if God plucks a brightly shining star from a gigantic, immense galaxy, and places this star in our very being, for safe keeping. This light is unique, and holds the potential of the greatness that we can become.

Seeking the Light is about the realization that each of us has a unique gift which is meant to be used toward the greater good. Each of us are part of a master plan. We are all of one, and one of all. There are great and bountiful blessings to be found by focusing our attention from the external to the internal. There has never been a time in the life of our Universe that this realization has been more essential.

This is a message to the few and to the many: It is not too late to look for the answers that can only be found within."

~ Eric McCarl

"True freedom arises from the courage to feel, the willingness to be vulnerable and the humility to appreciate the wisdom all living beings have to offer."
~ From Riding Between The Worlds by Linda Kohanov

"Where are the dreams that we once had?
This is the time to bring them back.
What were the promises caught
On the tips of our tongues?

Do we forget or forgive?
There's a whole other life waiting to be lived when...
One day we're brave enough
To talk with conviction of the heart.

And down your streets I've walked alone,
As if my feet were not my own
Such is the path I chose,
Doors I have opened and closed

I'm tired of living this life,
Fooling myself, believing we're right when...
I've never given love
With any conviction of the heart.

One with the Earth, with the sky...One with everything in life
I believe we'll survive
If we only try...

How long must we all wait to change
This world bound in chains that we live in
To know what it is to forgive,
And to be forgiven?

It's been too many years of taking now.
Isn't it time to stop somehow?
Air that's too angry to breathe
Water our children can't drink

You've heard it hundreds of times
You say you're aware, believe and you care, but...
Do you care enough
To talk with conviction of the heart?"

~ From the song Convictions of the Heart...off the Kenny Loggins album Leap of Faith... written by Kenny Loggins

"I hope you never lose your sense of wonder
You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger
May you never take one single breath for granted
God forbid love ever leave you empty-handed

I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean
Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens
Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance... I hope you dance

I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance
Never settle for the path of least resistance
Livin' might mean takin' chances but it's worth takin'
Lovin' might be a mistake but it's worth makin'

Don't let some hell bent heart leave you bitter
When you come close to sellin' out reconsider
Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance... I hope you dance

Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling us along.
Tell me who wants to look back on their years and wonder where those years have gone.
I hope you dance... I hope you dance... I hope you dance"

~ Mark D. Sanders and Tia Sillers

"WE'RE ALL TERMINAL
Some of us are just lucky enough to know it.

Life is a spiritual journey.
And sometimes all you have to do is show up
and have a little faith that something
completely amazing is possible any day.

And every now and then,
right when you least expect it,
something amazing does happen.

And you are no more in control
than a feather is of the wind.
All you know is that the force moving you is so strong
that you just hang on in wonder.

There is nothing but the moment
and the sense of dancing with angels."

~ Tim Nichols and Craig Wiseman

"YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL...
When you let friends have their space.
When you believe.
When you laugh or are moved to tears.
When you let it just roll right off your back.
When you talk about your dreams.
When you help a turtle across the road.
When you try to do the right thing...
even when it comes out wrong.

You are beautiful when you LOVE."

~ Tim Nichols and Craig Wiseman

"You can't control the length of your Life. Just the Depth."
~ Tim Nichols and Craig Wiseman
